Notice of Proposed Class Action Settlement
A settlement has been reached in Stewart v. Roberts. As a result of the court order in Stewart v. Roberts, some individuals and households who would previously have been ineligible for Public Assistance (PA), due to ownership of a vehicle with a fair market value over a specified level may now be eligible due to their vehicles equity value.
